Wink Unanswered: Help! My Garden Isn't Growing!

I bought my Collie Dog a few days ago and I planted the Collie's PSI (this plant thing) and it won't grow!!!

HELP!!
Is there anything I can do?

Someone said that if you dig the plot, it will grow. My daughters plant wasn't growing, I dug the ground today, and now there is a sprout.

The others are correct. You need to dig it up and replant it and there should be a sprout right away. Some plants got "stuck" upon planting them.
