I have not been able to get into my account for 2 days. It kept saying "make sure your password is correct" but I didn't think too much about that because that week WW was down that is the error message I got. This account is on the server that was down the longest that time.
I was finally able to get this morning after changing my password using my secret code. I couldn't get in last night in this way but it must be because someone was already logged on to my account.
Well, so far what is immediately apparent that is missing are my MOST valuable clothes!

new magic mire shoes(green)
also missing as told to me by Ganz:
studded pink belt
nafaria purple slippers
HELP, I need to call Ganz but need advice on who to talk to and what to expect
The person who took my items is someone I have traded with before
their user names are
everyone if you have them on your phone delete them ASAP
Oh and BTW GANZ is telling me that "because they were on my phone" they cannot do anything about it!
One cannot say it enough times: Have a secure password that cannot be guessed. Keep your pet codes safe and out of sight. Don't accept friend requests from strangers. When a trade is over, delete the person from your phone. Don't put your rare and valuable items on My Page for all to see. Don't accept pet codes from anyone, this gives them access to your account.
Don't let your children play in the Clubhouse unsupervised.
Sad to say but most of this kind of "hacking" is done by people you know, siblings, classmates.
When you phone GANZ for help, don't ask for your items back, but ask where they have gone. Ask to change your username if you suspect that the thief has one of your pet codes (they are changing your password on you).
Stay away from websites that offer tricks to make lots of kinzcash, if it sounds too good to be true, it likely is.
I have never gotten my account hacked, but, yes, call Ganz customer service.
And, when you changed your password did you include numbers/capital letters/symbols? Make your new password hard to guess, but something you can remember, too
Oh I am so sorry. This has to be the worst thing ever and I have always been concerned about it happening to our family accounts. Look on your phone and see if any names are on there you didn't put on and if you recognize them. Also yes it is very good to contact Ganz. If someone left their name on the kinz chat phone on WW and that will give you a clue as to who might have been involved in taking your things. It will also help Ganz too. Since someone changed your password it would be nice to know if they did it by knowing yours or having your pet tag. If they just knew your password then you changing it will certainly stop this activity. If they have your pet tag code they could change it again so keep an eye on it. I have seen Ganz work on this issue with some people so don't lose heart. I do know of one person that had items returned that were stolen once Ganz was able to prove they were in fact stolen. Judging by what was taken I am suspicious that this person knew you had these items and they knew what they were looking for since that is all they took.
anytime you can't get into your account because of a password issue and you know you are typing it right .... right away you need to change that password. I change mine often. Hopefully know one knows your password, or no one saw you type it in. Friends will get into accounts this way.
It might be too late to send a food item to everyone on your kinz chat phone to see if the gift will go through. Sometimes if you catch things in the 24 hour period you can figure out who might have taken your stuff by the fact that you can't send anything to a person on your phone you know you didn't send anything to recently. Since we don't know when the items were taken this may not work for you now.
Also if you are an adult this is not to be applied, but if you are a kid you need to get with your parents on this right away! Parents need to know so please talk to them.
Im so sorry. I don't know why people do this.
Maybe try calling Ganz customer service and maybe they can help you. If you get that all sorted out maybe try to come up with a harder password.

Good luck! Hopefully Ganz will help you out! I would definitely ask if anyone has called to change the password with one of your pet codes. Or at least watch out for your account being compromised again (meaning nobody's just guessing your password -- they have one of your pet codes).
You might also want to look on your pets to see if the items have been put on your pets. I know that probably didn't happen with the list of stuff you're missing, but I've had a friend get on my account to play before, and suspected she might have sent herself a few things, but then found the things being worn on some pets. (Hee hee, I know! I still changed the password!)
I hope you can get Ganz to track down the culprit!
