Default Unanswered: Help, invisible adoption present

I adopted the Duck and its present (the whole box) is invisible, I can see a blank spot in my dock, but thats it. I'm afraid to open it for fear it will be empty. And the same thing happened to me with my webkinz day 3 box. Any advice please?

Do you think I should contact Ganz or will the problem work itself out

Oh and I have logged back on and off and used different computers, and if it helps it was the first pet on a new Asian account

Thanks so much, I may try it later if i can work up the courage, but the webkinz day 3 box is also invisible which makes me think all boxes will be invisible on the account? (which would be a huge pain) Has anyone had this trouble before?
