Default Unanswered: HELP if you can!

i have been trying to log in for nealry an hour now... i get to the log in page, do it, then it just loads and loads.....any ideas???????????????????????

Try clearing your cache (history) and deleting temp internet files that usually works for me

What you need to do is restart the computer and log in again. Sometimes I switch from Netscape to Explorer and that helps too. Hope this helps!

Or you could update your Flash player if you haven't done so for a long time. Webkinz run on Flash player and current version is Flash 9 i believe.

Thanks for your help all! So far, I have defragged, clered the history, cleaned out the recylcling bin, cleaned the cookies , AND downloaded the new flashplayer...NOTHING IS HELPING! still getting the loooooooong loading screen that jsut frustrates me! any other ideas?

Okay. That happened to me before. What I did was refresh the page over & over. That should help. If it doesn't, pm me.

Are you using netscape? If so, what version? You may need to down load the latest version. Or, try using internet explorer. Again, you may need to download the latest version. When my husband gets home, I will ask him. He is the computer wiz of the house, not me....Sorry! Hope this helps you!

The clubhouse is still down. We will not be able to use iit untl they have a chance to fix som problems. It maybe a few weeks before this happens. Hope this answers your question! Have a great day!
