The other day I moved and laptop, and I don't know what I touched, but this happened to my Webkinz page. I haven't been able to fix it and in order to see the whole page I have to use internet explorer rather than firefox. Please, if you know what I did, or if you know how to fix it ... I've tried shifting the frame, resizing - nothing is working
i had the same prob once, are on on Firefox or enternet exsplorer? i couldn't go on WW for a hold year before my dad fixed it... first of all check your firewalls, it may be blocked. if that doesn't work try using something else like firefox. if THAT doesn't work switch back to EE and try this: when your WW log-in page pops up click on 'opshions' i havn't done this in a while... so it might be something else... then try to 'unlock' the page.
You may have messed up your "zoom" for the webpage. It is actually fairly easy to do because you can change it by moving the scroll wheel while holding down the Ctrl button. If this is the problem you can try the same thing (hold down Ctrl while moving the scroll wheel) or you can hold down the Ctrl button while pressing the "-" key. (minus sign) There is also an option in the View menu, but it looks like the menu isn't available while you are in WW, so you would have to be on a different website to try it. Simply go to View-->Zoom-->Zoom Out.
I would have to agree with msclockart and say that you probably just accidentally hit the zoom I know it's a real easy mistake to do when moving a laptop and since it's affecting one browser but not the other. If you try it and it doesn't work post on here and maybe someone can come up with something else. Good Luck!!
