Argh! Ganz lied!
They state in their consumer support in the "I lost my kinzcash" section that the only way your items or kc could be missing is that either you need to scroll more in your dock, or that someone's hacking your account. No one hacked my account! I'm sure!

I was at the w-shop, purchasing some items from the new general sotre theme. I'd clicked "purchase items" when it said "please wait.." Argh! You know how many times this happens? A LOT! I logged out, and logged back in. I noticed that my kc was gone, and I didn't get my items! No Fair! Ganz just ripped me off!

Ganz didn't rip you off, it was a glitch. Just call them and everything will be fine, okay There are lots of helpful people, just tell them your situation.

try clearing your cache and cookies. i traded once and got a really good deal . some thing i had three of for a super bed i needed. i hit trade and it sade system error pleaset try later. are item was gone and we didn't have the bed . we cleared our cache cookies and logged in and out of our account . Bingo ! we had our bed. if that doesn't work call ganz

I don't need to clear my cache. This is my first time using this netbook! I still need the link so the bottom part of my screen won't be cut off..

Is it new or just new to you? If it is not new, you still may need to clear your cache. Sorry I don't have the link to help you see the entire screen, but I'm sure someone will find it for you.

It's brand spankin' new. We got it about a week ago. I haven't even gotten on Webkinz yet!

Even if the netbook is new, I would still just try clearing the cache. And if this doesn't work, then you'll have to call GANZ and report the glitch. They'll give you the KC back. They're phone number is 1-866-WEBKINZ, or 1-866-932-5469. Hopefully you'll get you money back!

Clear your cache no matter what
reboot your system
make sure that in the URL bar on top it says at the end:
aol=0&fs=0
log off
report it as something missing no matter what ganz says

i'm learning that they lie a lot
