You need to contact Ganz and here is how: 1. Click on to the Customer Service link - it is underneath the Log In button on the Webkinz Homepage, 2. Scroll down until you see the "I have Something Stuck" link, 3. Click on "I have a Pet Stuck in a Room", and 4. Fill out the form then click on "Send Request".
In a few days, you will either be able to get in the room or you will get an email from Ganz with a number to call them at in order to fix the problem. If Ganz asks you to call, you will need the tag from the stuck pet because they may ask you for the Secret Code for that pet. Hope this helps!
