| | Unanswered: Help! I didn't get a room for my POTM
Hi All, I'm a brand new member and this is my first post...hoping ya'll could advise me on what to do with this problem. Tried to adopt Chihuahua to my daughter's account on November 29th...Ms. Birdy tells me I can waite 2 days and receive the loot bag for adopting POTM within that month. (A fact that I was unaware of at the time.) So we waite, re-enter info on 12/1/07, get the already used code message, send "HELP" question re: used code. The next time we logged on....there was our Chihuahua, "Tiny Taco" adopted and on screen, welcome gift in dock-GREAT!......until going to My Room and finding Tiny Taco in another pet's room where my daughter gave the welcome gift to T.T. Shortly after she realized there was no room given or loot bag for our little pet that we waited to register. The closest pre-set question is regarding not receiving a welcome gift, which we did, but I used that as it was closest hoping support would check and realize what was missing. No deal, got a letter back stating the very true fact that we did get welcome gift. I received an email from webkinz support after finding pet was magically added to my account, stating code wasn't used pet had been adopted by us, instructing me to reset our password, which I didn't understand as the pet was now adopted. I returned an email questioning if I HAD to reset password. I received no response (?'ing if webkinz support mail even allows for reply mail). I did however reset it once realizing the room and loot were absent, hoping that may reset or fix the issue somehow. It hasn't and I'm wondering if there's anyway to contact the site staff with original problems not listed in predetermined list of possible issues. Thanks For Reading!..... any info would be greatly appreciated!
