I have always had good luck with customer service. I was on the phone with them today and they gave me all the missing items we have had from adoptions in the last week. Was all taken care of withing a couple of minutes.
When you email them, they will probably send out a form type email. I always email right back, restating the problem(because the email they send doesn't really cover the problem). After that, I usually get a real person email and go from there. It may take a while, but I have always had the problems looked after.
