Angry Unanswered: Help I Didnt Get A Exlusive Item With My Pets!!!!!

I just adopted my Tye dye frog and my Love frog when I opened my gift box I just got the special item and the food and when I opened my other gift box the prize wasnt in there either HELP!!What should I do??

Unfortunatly this just just happened to me too and there's nothing you can do about it. I contacted Ganz and they basicly told me to shove off they don't replace items.... I'm still pretty peeved about it, I really love getting the PSI and extra adoption gifts!

This has been a common problem...it's really unfortunate, but I've heard about people bothering Ganz and getting it fixed, I don't know how, but it's worth a shot, even if they do just end up saying "Shove off"

This just happened to me again and I sent Ganz an email. Last time it happened they fixed it for me. Hopefully they will again. It is worth a shot.

I had the SAME problem when I adopted my Elephant a couple weeks ago. A lot of people have mentioned this in previous posts as well. You should try to contact Ganz. Just don't expect an immediate response. Here is their page for missing items:

When I got my Clydesdale, Augie, at Christmas and I adopted him, I didn't get my welcome package at all. After repeated phone calls and emails they finally got in touch with me and all they could do was replace the missing exclusive item. I was happy with that because I didn't really want the balloon and other stuff anyway. So keep calling and emailing them and it will pay off.
