Default Unanswered: Help! I can't see the whole Webkinz screen when I use AOL

I upgraded to IE7 and since then, I've been having problems with Webkinz Insider freezing up all the time. So I switched to AOL browser, and now Webkinz Insider runs fine, but I can't get the whole Webkinz screen at all. I want to use the same browser for both Webkinz and Webkinz Insider. Otherwise, it's just a nuisance.

I'm using AOL version 1.5.
I read all the system requirements listed on the Webkinz tech support, and I do meet all the requirements. I have the correct screen resolution and all that.
I have tried hitting F11 at the login menu and it does absolutely nothing.

I can't see the bottom part of the dock, the ads on the right side, and a good portion of the left side (I can't see my pet's portrait or kinzcash amount).

Make your resolution as high as it goes, that might help?

Or download Firefox.

Maybe there's a way to turn off some of the toolbars... like if there's a bookmarks bar at the top, you could hide it so more of the actual webpages are visible? Sorry, I've only used AOL browser once, like 8 years ago... so I don't know how it works.

All you have to do is in the bottom right-hand corner where there is a small magnifying glass and "100%" click the 100% and it zooms in. Then, to navigate, just scroll normally with the scroll bars.
Hope I helped.
