Default Answered: Help!!! I cannot see the whole Webkinz screen...

I connected my laptop to my TV last night so I could use my TV screen as the monitor ( my tired old eyes needed a bigger screen to see). ANyway, it works great, but when i log on to Webkinz I can only see the upper left hand corner of the front page. I cannot move around and there are not any scroll bars. DOes anybody have any idea how to fix this?

If you go to the Webkinz help section there is a listing of the resolution needed for the site. I just did this for my nephews new account. It was not showing up on his either. I went over and changed the resolution on his computer monitor. Try this it may help.

Wink Re: Help!!! I cannot see the whole Webkinz screen...

Hmmm...I would try pressing F5 to refresh the screen, or look in the manual of your laptop, because mabye you need to have it on some special setting to hook it up to your TV. is it doing that with all websites...or just Webkinz?

I tried refreshing and that did not help. I was really only playing around with Webkinz last night so that seemed to be the only site it ws doing it on and only after I logged in. My home page had scroll bars on the side and bottom so I could at least move around on it.

Is the resolution too small? To view the whole screen, Webkinz needs a pretty big screen.
