HELP HELP PLZ HELP!!

I'm haveing the same problem. I have a "sleep over" room that has all my pets (so it's easy to see that there all in bed). When I try to go to my room it loads all the way to "character loading" and locks up. There is a grey and white cat (regular, not lil kinz) and a lil kinz orange and white cat, along with 9 other pets. My problem only started yesterday after we adopted a tiger snake. He's not locked in the sleep over room so we still have access to everything else.

sorry, but I have no idea what you should do! maybe you should contact ganz or something...there's a way you can. I'm sorry to hear what happened! i hope it gets fixed. sorry I wasn't much help.

It's definitely a problem with the gray and white cat because I have a lil grey and white cat on my second account with only two pets adopted and I can't get into the room with the lil gray and white cat so hopefully Ganz will fix it. Did anyone contact Ganz yet so they are aware of the problem??

Mine is working again today (I can go into the room with the lil gray & white cat).

That's weird I think! If it doesn't fix itself or anything try calling Ganz or emailing them!

heres what id do id slowly take out other pets (two or three) then id try again =]

Email ganz say i have a few pets stuck in in one room tell them which room and they will get them out. Thats happend to my Cow and they got him out
