Default Unanswered: HELP FRUSTRATED

I am constantly being kicked off of webkinz. I keep getting message please wait but it never comes back and i have to log off and try again. i have done everything people have suggested such as clearing cache, changing internet provider ect. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??? and am I the only one having this problem? I am a deluxe member but what good is it if I can't do anything!

I am sorry you are having this problem. Do you have a lot of things in your dock or a lot of pets? Have you tried restarting your computer? If you have tried all the things you say I suggest you call Ganz and see if you can find out what the problem is.

I'm so sorry to hear your having these problems. I know quiet a few people have and are still have having them.

Have you tried using another account, another internet browser or possibly another computer if you have access? I find Fire Fox is a tad faster. Something else you may consider trying is updated your flash player or even calling Ganz, here's the number:

Something else you could do to quicken your account is try clearing up your dock. Mine isn't having any similar problems.. lately that is, but a smaller account/dock may help. Your best bet is to call Ganz I'm thinking. Best of luck!

Hi Oldgrammie, I'm sorry you're having these problems. If you've tried everything I would suggest you call Ganz as maybe it is technical thing with your computer. I'm not up on the techy stuff, but maybe some of your programs need to be updated to support WW. Just a thought from a fellow WW lover in the "old" category Good luck! CJ

I have a fair measure of the same problems. I spend a lot of time re-logging in or rebooting if necessary. My computer is one year old.

I have been having the "Please Wait" problem too. But I just get it here and there.
If you have updated and cleared your cache and cookies I would call Ganz and see if they can help.
Also have you tried a different browser. Internet Explorer gives me the most problems.
I like Fire Fox the best, but Google Chrome works great too.

Thanks everyone, I have tried all of your suggestions and still have the problem! I guess I will try to contact Ganz but so far they have not been much help thanks again and I won't give up I am a Webkinz addict!

I am having similar problems too. I was looking forward to getting the new theme today, but it will not let me load my dock items. I just cleaned out my dock yesterday. Now I can't even feed my webkinz.

My daughter is having this problem on her account today...just wait and stuckness no matter where we go. She can't load her dock either. Her account was just fine yesterday.
