Default Unanswered: HELP FAST!

ok, I have a problem loading my room. I just logged on my love monkey, and then I tried to go to room to open gift and it stopped loading on characters and has not started again. I have heard that you could clear your cache, how do you do that? also, how do you report it to Ganz? also, I felt it was worth noting that I went into my room right before I logged on the monkey, and it worked.........

On Firefox, to clear cache you click on "tools", then on "clear private data", then select the types of personal data you want to clear. Be sure you include the cache. I don't know if it works the same on Internet Explorer or not. I would suggest trying this before contacting Ganz. I also know that sometime when there are problems, simply logging out and back in resets the problem. Several of my kids have had to do this when adopting a new pet. Good luck!

Sometimes no matter what you do will not work. Clearing cache, logging in and out, ect.

I have one account that I just have to simply use a different computer if I want to log in.
This is only at certain times though. When the system is extremely busy.

I hope the suggested options work for you. Have a better day, will be thinking of you.

thank you!!!! I called the webkinz representatives and left a message, but since it sounds like they are not open on weekends, it looks like I will not have my room until atleast monday.

Don't give up. Keep clearing your cache and logging in and out.

Sometimes the system clears up. Some people have suggested that to many things in your dock can cause this problem. I have not found this to be true in my case.

I know it is frustrating. I will try to get ahold of one of my friends to see if they have any new suggestions. You can also p.m. a gifted or Administrator to see if they can assist you.

It is ok, I noticed a couple of other users are experiencing lag. I just checked on another person who adopted a Hedgehog and they said it settled down and cleared up. The servers are BOGGED down because everyone is Wheel of Wishes and Valentine's Gifting right now. It should settle out PJ...by the way, nice to see you again
