Unanswered: Help with doug and ganz customer service
Is anyone else being treated really rudely by ganz customer service? I called today about Doug and a few other problems and they said I was doing something wrong. Because Doug is suppose to give you gems every time you don't have the gems he wants. I explained I always had the gems and that I got KC for 8 times in a row. He goes oh I 'll pass that on to the technicians. I said "will it be fixed". I hear OH. I dont know if they will fix it. It's like the customer service had no knowledge and didn't really care that a customer is really upset.
I also had problems with ww loading and getting an error message. He spoke to me like an ***** and didn;t believe me that I had updated adobe and cleared my cashe. He then blames my brand new computer and says nothing is wrong with my account. I said if it was my computer I could not get into our other 4 accounts.
Ugh i'm so mad . I got nowhere. My account still has problems and Doug is still broken.
I usually have good experiences dealing with Ganz. The only disappointing call was when I adopted a bunch of lil pig potm, and one had a tag that said it was already used. It was the beginning of the month, but there were other problems that caused a high volume of people contacting them, so they did not get back to me until the next month. So we were not able to do any of the potm activities on that account. The customer service rep went patiently thru all of the tags with me, realized that the tag had been already used, it had somehow been mixed up with a different tag and te unused tag had been put into the "used bag" that I save. I was able to adopt the pig fine, but no potm exclusive, and no potm activities. They said it was my fault the tag was mixed up. But I pointed out that they took 3 weeks to contact me to try to solve the problem. That was the only disappointment, other times, I have been very happy with their helpfulness and polite manner.

When I usually call I get really good help. When I called about the Kinz Ville Academy recess the operator on the phone asked me a few questions and then they fixed it for me. So, I think it is just that very rude operator. Try contacting again untill you get another operator. But, if you get that same operator just hang up quick and call again or wait till later.
I've always had positive experiences when I call Ganz. The representatives are polite and helpful when I call. As mimzysmom pointed out, they don't return call as quickly as I would like but I think that has to do with their workload rather than them not caring.
I hope that you took that persons name and called back to report them.
I have never received satisfactory answers or help from calling Ganz Customer Service. Most of the time I'm given false information.
They too try to blame the problem on me or my computer. When I have all the answers and proof to show that this is not the problem, they come up with other excuses about how they cannot verify what I'm saying and they tell me to send screenshots next time. When I send them 25 screen shots all a few seconds apart documenting that everything I say is 100% correct, they thank me for sending such detailed information, and then tell me there's nothing they can do because no prizes, items, activities or anything in WW is guaranteed... etc.
I'm not really sure what customer service at Ganz is there for. They seem to be kept in the dark about pretty much everything. They do not seem to share any information that's given to them with anyone else, and with a few exceptions, they don't address any problems. I think there may be ONE person at Customer Service who has the expertise and knowledge to do anything useful and if you don't get that one person during the two hours a week they're on, you're out of luck
depends on the time of day LOL...........when i call in am they are super nice (no complaints to deal with, yet) and sometimes at the end of the day ........they sound tired/frusterated................i would call again and talk to someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is horrible. I have never called Ganz customer service so have never had to deal with them. However I have heard many a thing about them some good an others bad. I am really sorry about your experience with them. it really did seem like they knew nothing. I think the only other thing they could do wrong in my book is to try to tell you that WI was unreliable and you could not trust it.
