Hmmm...the best way I can figure to do it is to make a circle out of paper and glue it to a cardboard or posterboard circle (something to make it stiff). Then bend the end of a paperclip 90 degrees and use the sharp end to pierce the circle. Then you will need to secure it to something larger like a box maybe that won't tip over by pushing the paperclip through the box. Break an eraser off of a pencil and use it on the back of the paperclip once it is going through the wheel part and the box. Use it like you would an earring back, if you know what I mean. The rest of the paperclip then becomes the pointer for the wheel. Oh, and you have to decorate your wheel, but that is probably best done before everything else. If any of this doesn't make sense, let me know and I will try to make it more clear. Then again, if it does make sense, you probably watched too much McGyver as a kid.

My thought would be to make a small WOW on paper. Then, put a pencil in the middle, point down, with a paperclip around it. Then, spin the paperclip, so that it stays secure with the help of the pencil.

A wheel of WOW Assembly: FIRST!!!! Cut out a Large circle and color and draw the items you want inside each section *( make this all out of poster board) cut out the same shape of poster board for behind- make a hole in the center of both, then put a "brad" ( if you don't know what it is ask or google it) then VOILA!!! A WHEEL OF WOW
