Default Unanswered: HELP!

Can someone please help me! Me and my sister where at my dads house when a friend let me know one of my sisters Granfather Clocks had been missing! My sister had 2an she sent one but we didn't know what happened to the other! I did call ganz, and they said there was 2, but the other one didn't have an account history (I was thinking wha? ) but they said they couldn't do anything about the 2nd one.
Another thing that happened to me today is I had a red christmas tree (maybe from a year- 2 years ago) that had the table glitch, I went into a different room and the christmas tree was missing, and now I cant move the table!

Can someone please try to help!

There have been reports of items going invisible and those that float in other places of the room. Hopefully that is just a temporary problem for you.
They seem to be having problems with some of the Christmas items since adding the new theme. I think the programming is just temporarily messed up right now.

The issue with the grandfather clock (was it the blue&yellow or wooden?) might have to do with the duplicate item issues they were having.
People were actuallly duplicating certain rare and hard to find items and then trading them to unsuspecting people in the clubhouse. Ganz has been working on finding those people and putting a stop to it.
Unfortunately, some of the unknowing people had their reproduced items removed. Maybe that is what they meant by it not having an account history.
I'm afraid she will probably never see that item again.

There is a "quick fix" if you think the items are there, but not visible. Go to Customer Service, and fill out an "I've got something stuck" form. Within a few days they will hopefully appear in your dock.

That's weird good job on calling WW.

For the red christmas tree just put an item OVER it and go out of the room. Come back in and it might be fixed. Otherwise VM me and I can give you a link . (;

(actually, they would know. they know the things from 2005 are there, like the holiday tubby tummies bear.)

That is awful! Sorry your clock and tree are missing! I lost a Cash Cow Trophy a week or two ago, and I don't know where it went!
