I have done everything I know what to do and still nada. Caches cleared, added web pages to firewall/anti-virus. I have never been able to use IE, or the bottom is cut off, so I have always used Firefox. I downloaded the latest versions of Flash and Java.
I don't know why I bother.
Any other technical suggestions?
Anyone who has a friend at Ganz that can at least post a message as to what "might" be happening. This reminds me of last Christmas. UGGH!
I don't have any advice to add to what others have suggested except that emailing Ganz will not accomplish anything. You need to call them or have an adult call them if you are not old enough. They are usually very nice and helpful on the phone and they can also see if they can access your account witout problems.
I've had the same problem and tried all the normal remedies too and finally just had to chalk it up to the mystery Why o why? I just left the account alone for the day and when I went to log back in the next day I didn't have any problems. But if it continues, I agree with marnebear - your best bet is to contact Ganz.
