I have a Grey Wolf pet, and now, 5 dollars out of 15 dollars are wasted. I was driving the red-hooded car to my backyard. It was all good until I drove out of my garden. I ended up in my gorilla's room with no car. I went back, and it's stuck in the doorway. I've tried everything I could think of. I clicked edit and tried to pull it out. Didn't work. I tried walking to it to see if I could drive it again. Still went to the other room empty handed. I even sent a note to Ganz three weeks ago. They probably didn't read it, cause it is still stuck. HELP!
Click on the link above, and then go to "I have a vehicle stuck in a doorway"
That should fix it. It says it should be back in your dock within 48 hours. If not, call 1-800-724-5902. Press 0, and tell them you are having trouble with your webkinz account, and they will connect you with a representative.
They won't do anything if you call 1866webkinz. I suggest the number above.
I have had some items stuck and each time I contacted GANZ by email using the same form everyone is talking about here. You have to fill in things like what item is stuck, which room it is at, your user name, pet's secret code etc. From my experiences, they respond very quickly and I never had to wait for more than 3 day to get my item fixed.(They will unstuck your item and put it in your dock) I am sure it all depends how busy they are at the time. I hope they will fix your problem soon. Good luck!

Try not to worry too much, just fill out the form that has been posted above and in a day or so it will be fixed! My kids are always driving cars in the doorways and Iam always filling out the form (LOL)...and Ganz always fixes the situation.
