Default Unanswered: HELP

I can not move or remove any of my cash cow trophys from my house.
I have two accounts with a total of about six trophys and niether allows me to even higlight the trophy. It is driving me crazy! If you have any advice or ideas I would be very thankful.

I am so sorry you having trouble. did you log off and back on?? If that doesn't work I would call Ganz rather than use the customer service "stuck item" feature. It tends to take them longer.

I have also noticed at times I have to make my pet walk again, then I can try to remove the items.

I think this item is "stuck" in your room. This happened to me once with a Humvee, actually! But it's really no problem! You don't even have to contact ganz by phone if I remember correctly. Just go to the homepage and report a problem that your item is stuck in your room, and then fill in your username and password (but just to the ganz page, don't give it to anybody else of course ) and then a "wizard" will log onto your account when they have the time and your item will be unstuck. Don't worry - it should not even take that long. It took my humvee about...one or two weeks to get unstuck I think. Hope this helps! I wish you the best of luck!

That has hpened to me with differant items go to Costomer service and look under stuck item.

Hey Elly. This seems to be an ongoing problem because I had them stuck in my Trophy Room then when I rearranged my house I had to use the "Stuck Item request" on WW which pulled every Cash Cow trophy out of both rooms and now they are stuck in the new room. Good thing I don't need to move them right now .

Good luck and word to the wise - Make sure you are putting them exactly where you want them for a while.

That happend to me too! i figures it would get fixed soon but come to think of it i'll just report somthing stuck. it was ok until i took it off of my desk. Weird. I hope yours gets fixed soon!

Mine was stuck and I used the item stuck email and it took about 4 to 5 days for them to unstick it.

Most of us have been there a few times like laurencyrus said contact Customer Service however they will require you username, and a pet code not your password then the rest is easy... this is a glitch that Ganz has had with this item for a long time... the secret is once they are moved to the dock by Ganz make sure that you put them on tables or pedestal because otherwise if they touch the floor they just become a problem again. Once your report it to customer service it usually takes about 24 hours or the nightly maintenance. I should warn you the last time that I had an item stuck and they moved it to the dock... all of that item was moved to the dock not just the one that was stuck ... so good luck.
