If you have noticed, some people have an extra tab on their menu when you click their user name. That extra tab should say "Check out (Whoever's) home page!" That's where you can post a link to your website. As long as it is appropriate, you shouldn't get banned for it.
WI used to have a "Linkz to Other Sitez" forum, but it was removed because of the fact that the staff could not review every site posted and talk about the sites was being discussed here rather than on the actual site. I believe you can still put your sites as your homepage on WI, and in your signature.
ID think you will get banned. If it's to a bad website, then you definately might, but as long as it's appropriate for children under maybe 5, then it would be ok. also, if you were hosting a fashion show, and you wanted to post a fashion show website link, make sure the fashions and stuff are appropriate. (dont post any thing that involves myspace, or facebook. it would get deleted.) Ex: if u just started a new thread, don't go onto other threads and post your link telling people to go there, only post it on yours. only post it if it will help that person out. i hope i helped!!!!!!
