OK so i called 1-800-724-5902 and picked option #2 for CS and told them my problem with opening my Loot bag and getting nothing...about 5 min later they had my account fixed and all my pom stuff is now in my dock
I tried calling that number and they said they had to put me through to webkinz and they transfered me but it just kept ringing.
Hi, I just registered my Polar Bear a short time ago and received the same "empty" loot bag. This happened to me back in October with my Pug. Emailed Ganz back in October (since they were not taking any calls) and outside the usual automatic response, I haven't heard a thing re: my October prizes.
i did not get any follow up email from ganz today, and during the day i called after the cs hours and left a voice mail message to any person that handles the potm problems. so i will wait tomorrow or the next day and then call again. and see if i get an email.. i was as nice as i could be in all communtication. im sure the cs reps are tired of all this too. but we still should not have to go through this each month this badly. it seems the same thing has happened to all of us. i jsut wonder why they tell us to adopt on the fifth rather than having it be ok right on the first? its very perplexing to me, a non-techie................................. thats my update. hope you all are having answers.
thank you blueeyes....................... i got an email today with the number of ganz and my cs code number so that will help me get through faster. i got this when i filled out the form in the custormeer service area of the ww site. i hope i will get through. i will let you all know............
