yes i loved your video I have every webkinz made accept the wintermint reindeer and sparkling pegasus missing a few charms but have all of it in the message it states i won the "bonus" spot for super collector

BOO to Ganz!
First they get our hopes up saying it would be eStore and now they pull stuff like this! No! Not acceptable! I hope you get your Pegasus, this is just terrible...

When I had a problem with a missing item, I contacted Ganz and when the first person didn't give me an answer I could live with, I asked politely to speak to a manager. The manager contacted me the next day and gave me the item I was supposed to get, but for a glitch. So, I would suggest you politely ask to speak to the customer service manager. If you pm me, I can provide the information for the person I talked to.

I am sorry this happened to you. I am surprised that they wouldn't just send you the code, even though it was a mistake on their part. I hope you are able to receive a code after you phone today. Please keep us updated! I am curious to see how they will handle this.

I am sorry that happened It was Ganz's mistake and like any good business they should compensate you for it.
I would call back and speak with a manager and explain the situation to them ~ and if they still don't do anything let us know because that really is WRONG!
