If you have a program for Internet Security (Trend Micro PC, McAfee, etc.), do a SCAN so all your cookies and everything can get deleted off. And if you mean a screen shot so you can save it to your computer.... you will want to first open up a page (like Microsoft Word or something like it) then go to your page you want to get the image of. Then press and hold down the [fn] key and while you are holding it find the button that says [prt sc] then press it and hold both them down for 2 seconds. Then go to your page (the 1 i listed above or something like it ^) then hit ctrl and hold it down and press and hold the V key (both for 2 seconds). The image (of the entire screen) should pull up. Then you'll have an option bar so you can crop and etc. You will want to crop it first. Then if you want to make it bigger go to LAYERS (or something in that area) PS It should have a picture of a dog with black and white lines. And click behind text. Then you can make it bigger! Then if you want to save the picture find a thing called Paint (all computer systems come with it) and at the top it has a button Paste and click it (after you have copied the remodeled size). The you can save it. Here are some I did using this process:

Sorry for your luck. Mine has done that before. Try and log off, clear your cache and cookies, reload the webkinz page, and log back in and try.
