We have 5 accounts here and 4 will work and 1 with the POTM will not. I too am missing out on the bonus things as well. On this account is 7 gardens that have been unattended for 2 days now. I am concerned about their care and how long it will take to get them current once WW gets up and working. Besides all this, it is a week end and this is relaxing for me because I am sick and don't feel like doing much.

I'm sure they have had TONS of calls and emails pouring into their systems from angry coustomers. I am angry because I can barely load the login page and then I can't even get the "Login In" button to work. I hope they fix it soon.

I hope that you are feeling better soon. I understand all of your concerns and share them, but I think this is the one thing that does exist that Duct Tape will not fix...

I can't log in either today. I did manage to use the contact email form to let them know my account had issues. That was hopeful because it had never worked before. I've had a hot air balloon stuck behind a room for over 6 months, but whenever I tried writing to report the problem it told me my info was invalid. Weird, because I had it all written down. But today it worked fine or the first time.

Hopefully everything will be resolved soon. I know I tend to get annoyed when the glitches pop up so frequently, but when you stop and consider how amazing WW and all the interactive features are that rely on detailed coding, well, it makes me appreciate everything a bit more. I
give Ganz kudos for such creative design. The stuff they come up with is pretty cool. I'd rather be a part of the world now and deal with the glitches and updates than waiting years down the road to play with a perfect system.

My family's account that wasn't working is now working!!! And, the other accounts aren't taking as long to load!!!

Hm.. I haven't received any acknowledgement or response to my emails.
