Yes, I agree with bigr88smom, it has nothing to do with clearing cache. If you have multiple accounts and can't log into 1, 2 or 3 accounts but can get into others, then it is not your computer. Drives me crazy when everyone says that. lol I have 9 accounts, and can not log into 1 of them since the Friday night maintenance.

No . nor have they acknowledged the fact that when you click on the daily kinzcare award or go to quizzy's the kinzclock jumps time from a minute to 2 hour difference and if you do not notice that it does this you miss activities not to mention the constant signing in and out all day because the time changes so much. I also had spoken to a rep about the bingoz cards and she said it would be fixed more then two months ago when it changed to keep people from cheating. So unfortunately again NO

O.K. the cache clearing is good to do when you log out for the day because every page you click on is storeD for faster viewing ALONG WITH EVERY ADD THAT HAS GLOMMED ON FROM OTHER SITES VISITED, and if you have a lot of accounts AND CLICK AROUND OFTEN BETWEEN THEM-it is a wise thing to do. Also most people forget to clean up the hard drive too so it takes longer to load pages because 1/2 of the items have been cleared and if you do that clean up it also makes everything faster and only takes about 5 minutes to do. However weekly is good enough if WW major stuff has not changed.

BUT The ISSUES THAT ARE COMMON FOR EVERYONE IS A GANZ/WW PROGRAMMING ERRORS BY WW's PROGRAMMERS NOT THE USERS AS THEY WOULD TRY AND HAVE US BELIEVE

I have had no problems until now. I was on about 1:00 am and it was ok but now can't get into either site. I have tried Firefox and IE but can't get past the login screen. Hope they are aware of this.

I can see there are many savvy and computer wise folks on the forum. I also agree that this is not a problem with browser cache and cookies (wish it was as we could all remedy this problem independent of Webkinz timeliness to address). I must say, that like all others here, the kids would like to be interacting with the Webkinz. After all, that is why they've invested their time in the product, the rooms, events, etc. I'm not trying to be rude but for a "world class" product like Webkinz, the customer support for this event has been abysmal. For those of us who have one account, the system has been unusable for more then two days now with no formal communication from Webkinz. That's not showing too much appreciation for the investment and product loyalty we've provided to them. Sorry for the vent... the kids deserve a little better.
