I have a planting of carrots and sweet corn that have been "ripe" visually but unharvestable for over two days. I get no message when I check the status of those two plants. I have a large garden and have not faced this problem before. I've tried leaving the gardening status and going back to gardening, doing it with different pets, all to no avail. Ideas?
Try moving them to a different spot if you have any empty spots. Dont remove them though just move them if you can, If not I gues you cant remove them and begin the growth process over if they are stuck, so I guess you couldnt dig either, then I am not sure, But good Luck!!!
Normally what Collie Lover suggested will work, you have what is know in gardening as a stuck plant, which happens sometimes. I find that if I fill the garden leaving two doorways open that I normally do not have this problem. If what the others have suggested does not work for you then call Ganz at 1-866-932-5469. Good luck
I have gotten that before too. It wasn't moveable for me either but I was able to move the ones around it. I tried to get the frozen ones as much by themselves as I could. Then I left the room and returned. A few would harvest so I then moved those and repeated until they all unfrozen. I decreased all my gardens to 64 squares per yard and haven't had problems since then.
It sounds like they may be stuck. If that is the case I would recommend using the Customer Service option to report a stuck item.
Just a warning: If you use the customer service option for a stuck item they usually remove every of the stuck item. If you have 10 stuck carrots and 90 unstuck carrots, they will put all 100 in your dock. That's how its always happened to me.
What Collie Lover suggested has always worked for me. I think sometimes gardens that have a lot of plants in them are more likely to get one stuck once in a while. You have to have your pet walk out of the room and then walk back to get this to work. Jumping does not help.
