Default Unanswered: Hard work for nothing!

I sold a bunch of stuff to the WStore last night (about 175 FFStrawberries, 50 or so other FFVeggies, a rug I did not like, and a couple other things) totally over 2000 KinzCash and after logging in today, the items and the cash are gone!

What do I do?

Hi Clydie,
first thing I would do is clear my cache and re-log.

After that, run a virus scan. That is always my first instinct.
If you see anything strange (espcially things like Trojans or Keyloggers) then have your program try and clean it off! (I recommend AVG free 8.0 if you do not have one ) .. Or if it is someone else's computer have them look at it.

Secondly, does anyone else know your password? Do you have any users you do not know on your kinz phone (try sending apples or something small to them and see if you have sent a gift to them today). Clear off any strange names on your phone after that.

Third - do not panic!! Make sure you contact Ganz if you suspect it was a bug and *not* someone accessing your account.

I would contact Ganz and tell them. They can fix it for you. You will need to tell them exactly what happened. Here's a number and e-mail I got off the WI site: 1-866-932-5469 or support@webkinz.com. Good luck getting it fixed.

There are 3 things to think about.

1. Does anyone know your password?
2. Contact Ganz
3. It could be a glitch that will fix in a couple of days.

I am pretty sure it was the refreshing glitch that everyone seems to be dealing with I will do all this and then give Ganz a call. Definitely not anyone using my account. I have a very secure password that nobody knows.
