I was wondering if anyone has complained about not receiving the Halloween treat bag and then Ganz sent it to them. I had hoped they would sent one the weekend after Halloween and they fixed all their glitches.
Is it worth complaining and demanding a treat bag.
I'm sorry, I do not know if those who called to 'politely' complain about not receiving their treat bags ever received a replacement. My daughter is among those who never got one, but we have not complained because she really didn't care about it. However, if you are concerned, it never hurts to call Ganz and see if there is something that they can do to help you. Good luck.
Tamara, I did call and explain that two accts. had not received their Halloween bags. I provided the rep with the acct. login names and a couple of days later the items were suddenly in those accts. (not the bags themselves, but the contents of the bags). Good luck!
