I had so many logging on problems with WW. Sometimes for days I couldn't get on. Then someone said download Mozilla and delete Internet Explorer and it was unreal.. I have not had one log on problem since.
I hope this helps and if it does for u plz give me rep points and tell others! It's all about helping one another!
I agree that Mozilla is often the best choice (we switched to it a couple of years ago and never looked back), but this problem is with Ganz. They've been having so much trouble lately, I hope they clean things up before we all give up & go elsewhere.
I have been having the same problem with my account, no numbers in the logon, no current POTM and only 6 pets.
My son's works fine and he has numbers in his logon and a current POTM and 12 pets.
I am truly irritated and hope they fix this VERY soon.
I am sad that so many people are having problems but also glad that I am not the only one.
We are having the same problem with the green screen. My daughter has one pet and she just adopted a new one yesterday. She was not able to get into the website at all, and I am trying now and still gettging the green screen. I have tried all the suggested info from FAQ/Tech support. I thought it was only me, but now to find out from reading all the threads ALOT of people are having the same problem. For those that have this problem have you been able to log in yet?

Should we call or email Ganz? What is their email address? I got their phone number from this site 866-webkinz. I haven't called yet.

Heartw, this has absolutely nothing to do with the Browser you are using. This is a server issue on the Ganz side. You will not be able to get in until they correct it on their end. The accounts that are getting through must be on different servers.

I agree. Although I suspect they have seperate servers for certain activities. I feel for whoever is trying to work on this. It is apparant they do not have the support they need.
No, you're not alone at all. I would feel better about them if I were the only one though. One account messing up is a mistake. Multiple accounts messing up is just plain ol' bad business.
Not here to complain, just wanted to offer some more info.
I have been able and unable to login to my account off and on using my computer, sometimes getting the green screen, other times, getting the newspaper as usual.
I don't believe it is my computer, as I can log in to 2 other accounts with no green screen.
I can, however, login to my account on a networked computer when I am unable to login on that same account on my main computer.
Seems like conflicting problems, as:
My account working on another computer would usually mean something on my main computer is the problem.
but...
Other accounts working on my computer just fine should mean that it's a problem with Ganz.
So - anyone get an answer from the Tech Gurus?

This may be true, but I did just download and try Mozilla Firefox. Using Mozilla, I was able to login right away.
Just before the new browser, I had tried logging in via IE with no luck.???
