Default Unanswered: green screen

On my Euro account, when I log in, I get the green screen but nothing on it. My asian and us accts are ok, though. Cleared caches, rebooted, nothing helps. Any thoughts? Thanks.

hmmm.. nope.. thats pretty interesting, i think that happened to me once and i unplugged the internet for a while and it worked

maybe you should click on the green screen. try shutting your computer then log in again. if nothing works call ganz or e-mail them. if you don't know thier e-mail adress or phone number just PM me 7 i will tell you.

why don't you wait a day and see if it fixes itself (like GANZ could be doing something on the euro server and it may take a day)

THIS HAPPENED TO ME! I have the answer. Here's what you do. You go to your REAL Player. Click Tools...Prefrences...Go to the bottom thing on the left menu it says like Download & Recording or something, click that. The box Enable & Web Downloading should be there. If its checked, uncheck it.

You can also try switching browsers. I have had far less trouble using Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet explorer.

Yes, I agree. I also have problems with Internet Explorer on Webkinz. I use Yahoo! Explorer!
