Default Answered: Graphic Editing.

Does anyone have a website that they use to put pictures on top of each other. Like A large picture then drag a smaller picture onto it? Thanks!

I am unfamiliar with any website, but I'm sure you can use GIMP or photoshop!

You can allways try "LunaPic", it has all the nice features of an photo editing program, and you can resize and rotate the pictures. The best part is, you don't have to download it or buy it. It's free! If that doesn't work, try Photoshop CS5 or Gimp.
