My mom uses Microsoft Digital Image Pro 10 (she's a photographer and has mastered that program) but Microsoft is discontinuing that product, so there aren't new 30 day free trials, since it was a program that needed to be bought. But I found a site that has different programs and gives some detail on each of them. I'm not sure if they're free, but some may over free trails.
Click Best Free Graphics Editors - List of Freeware Image Editors to see the site.
Hope I helped!

I would suggest GIMP, but since you already have that..how about PhotoShop? Even though its not free, you can download it to your computer for a free 30 day trial. Just "Google" photoshop trial and there! I suggest watching vids or looking through guides for the program, though.

I've been using Photobucket for a while, and it hasn't given me any viruses at all. Just upload a background, (I used the WI colors for the set I'm using now), click edit, and then you can add a bunch of different effects, stickers, text, and animations. It's alot of fun, and it's really easy to use!

I know that Photoshop is really good at graphics, but it's not free. But I think that they have a trial version that you could try for thirty days. GIMP, of course, but I read that you already have that. Tiny pic & Photobucket have it to where you can edit a photo that you uploaded or one that someone posted but you might have to ask first. Paint is very difficult to understand Photoshop would still be the best choice, I don't really know of any free ones. I hope this helped and kind of answered your question!
