Default Unanswered: GLITCHES grrrrrrrrr!!!!

Ok,up til now they haven't bothered or affected us too much. Tonight in preparation for some trades I had a few things in my dock ready to go. Nothing big just a golf cart and hot air balloon. Well, I go on my sons profile to get his lugbot lookout to send someone and he had been rearranging his rooms and had several things in his dock,inluding the lookout....now all the sudden it's just GONE! We checked every single room, logged out and back in a few times, got items from storage,ell that and still nowhere to be found. Now since I have to do his trading for him I was getting peeved thinking he traded to someone at school or a sibling,but nope he didn't. Then I go on my profile and where the heck is my golf cart that has been there all afternoon? POOF it disappeared too! So anyway, warning to everyone...I suggest not leaving anything in your dock of any value because you just never know when it might take off.

OMG - that is not good

call Ganz 1-866-932-5469 and let them know...

Try to clear your cache and cookies first on the computer and tun it off and back on..I sure hope that helps ! Good luck

thanks for the phone number and tip. I'm going to try that right now. I feel so bad because I got mad at my son thinking he had just made me make a deal for something he didn't have but I should have known better....he always keeps track of his stuff. Then when my item went missing I knew right away that's what happened to him. I'll go clear my cache and see if that fixes it. THANKS!!

Did you (or your son) put the item(s) up in the sell window of the w-shop, and then remove them? If you did, there is a glitch, and sometimes even though you remove an item, it is sold anyway (even if the item still appears to be in your dock); but you don't know it until you try to put it in your room, or when you log back in next time; and then it's gone.

That's terrible that such nice items disappeared like that. I hope it's just a minor glitch and they reappear. Did you email Ganz with the time/date and what happened?
It's happened to our accounts before. Or while rearranging we get logged out error message and poof it's gone forever. Soon enough Ganz will get the glitches fixed

in answer to above questions. No, we didn't put the items in the sell window. I've read about what happens or can happen accidentally when you do that so we never do, we just look up the value in our guide.

and no, we didn't even get a "cannot connect to Webkinz world" error message when this happened. The stuff just simply vanished. For both of us the items had been in our docks just since this afternoon and both of us noticed they were gone this evening.

I emailed Ganz. Everyone is sleeping here and I don't want to make any phone calls right now.

I'm kinda ticked about this since both missing items were up for trades and almost made me look bad and have to back out.I really take my trading rep seriously. Fortunately I had duplicates of each thing but still I'm out the items now.

clearing the cache and cookies didn't help either

So you had both items in your dock AND items sitting in your room vanish!?

Sounds like there is nothing we can do now to avoid the disappearing glitch. Other than not price them in the W shop obviously.

I agree that rep is very important but with all the glitches there are most traders do understand when something goes missing, gets stuck, we can't get into a room, can't log in and all the other things I have forgotten to mention. The list of problems seems to get longer and longer.

I had that happen this week as well
I traded for a bubble blower for my daughter.
We can't find it.
She said she left it on her dock.
But its nowhere to be found,.
I thought she put it in one of her rooms but i have checked and over checked all her rooms and its not there.
She was really sad and I was just miffed since i
had gotten it with a trade and now its gone,.
I hope it shows up.
we didn't try to sell it either.
but thanks for that advice good to know.
