First you have to be a member of WI for more than 2 weeks, then you have to have 50 helpful non-fluff posts. Then you visit the official GE thread, read the rules, and then post that you agree to them. Then wait, it usually takes a week or two before you hear from a mod if you are accepted.
I am going to post 2 links, one is to Gingerly's guide on how to post to become a Gift Trainee, and the other is to the Official GE thread. I suggest you read Gingerly's thread and make sure all of your posts or at least 50 of them qualify. It is a wonderful thread and explains what fluff posts are. Gingerly's guide below http://www.webkinzinsider.com/forum/...s-t327735.html
Before you apply to become a gift trainee... you have to have been a member of WI for atleast 2 weeks. You also have to have atleast 50 good.. non-fluff posts. Click here to learn more about making good posts.
ONce you have met the requirements.. you can read through the rules and apply here. An admin will read through your posts and application, and decide whether or not the GE will be right for you. If you get accepted, you will recieve a PM about 1-2 weeks later saying so and including your next instructions.
Hope this helps
