Question Unanswered: Getting frozen everywhere since update

I am getting stuck everywhere. My pet is sick, I go to the Dr. He says one sentence, then I'm stuck, frozen. If I catch a comet, frozen. If I open a gift, frozen. Everything is locking me up. And yes I've done all the usual stuff like clearing my cache and restarting my computer.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Now the Asian Wheel of the Month is locking me up too! ARGH!

Just logged on to check for you and my account is working okay on Explorer. Sometimes when I keep getting frozen or stuck again and again, it is actually my internet that is going in and out. It does it so rapidly that I can't really tell that it is the internet and not Webkinz. I will check my email account with Webkinz still open and see if the email is picking up. That way I can tell if it is the internet and not Webkinz itself. Just a thought.

I don't get frozen on those kinds of things, but I get stuck on other things like, trying to load the arcade, trying to load my room, trying to load the kinzville map thing, and trying to load some games, etc.

They all don't happen everytime, but atleast once a day they do.

NO it's not that. I have FIOS with 25 up and back. So I"m good as far as internet connection. My email is always up and as you said, is always a good way to check things. However, that is NOT the problem. It's just since the update.

Any other suggestions would really be appreciated.

Hi there, Have you tried using a new browser? It may work. I've called ganz to let them know about this problem, they are doing their best to fix it. I hope this gets solved soon!

Me, too, and it's them, not you.

Since the updates I can't connect with my Kinzchat phone, ever, and if by some fluke it loads the names it is black where the color zone should be and says "undefined". So I can't get to the clubhouse or the tournament area, etc.

I haven't seen the Earth room challenge on any account.

Like you I'm locking up and freezing all the time. Sometimes if you click on the brower you'll get a milky white screen over the site and it'll say "stopped responding" and then it'll snap and all be OK.

When I try to log off I get a white screen and (if you look up in the left corner where the address bar's icon is for your browser) it is flashing so fast it's amazing, like the site is loading itself 10 times a second.

This is on IE, Chrome and Firefox.

Why do we have to call Ganz every time they do a thing, and when we're not calling to complain it's only because we're so tired of calling and just put up with it? I sent mail to the customer service area and tech support and all I got (after waiting 2 days) was a form email telling me to call them.
