Default Unanswered: Get things back

Did anyone contact Ganz and actually get the things missing from their dock retuned? I got an email from them asking for more info and I am wondering if it will do any good. Thanks

nope, the things missing from my rooms came back, but not from my dock.

Also the 2 big rares I bought at the curio shop and was booted out: they told me "nothing they could do about that".

No, they told me that they were sorry but they could not replace the items due to system "glitches." This was the end of the Email:

I would definately fill out the form and send it in. Many people have rec'd the same email and have been called by Ganz. There issues were solved and some rec'd a free pet code. If nothing else you will have a better chance of getting your missing items back if you reply.

i was afraid that would be the case. My daughter lost her angel costume. She was really disappointed. I was hoping for her sake she could get it back.

I noticed that "statement" at the end of an e-mail from them as well.

I found it to be a very jerky thing for them to say. They are just saying oh well, we can do a lousy job and you don't have the right to complain about. That's wrong. I am so disappointed in Ganz and Webkinz.

I agree, people are spending thousands and thousands of dollars to buy their product and access their website, it's wrong to just say 'oh well, these things happen. Deal with it'.
