Yes - this is happening with me as well. I think it has been going on since the last update (Wed, Feb 10 )

What used to happen when I tended the garden I could both rake or harvest - then go back and water the plants. Now if I try to do more than one (like rake then water) it won't let me unless I leave the room (like go to another room in the house) then come back. Then I can water the plants.

I did not know you didn't have to water them.

Do you harvest any less when you don't water??

I've had this happen every once in a while, it's as if the yard grid the plant is on just doesn't function correctly. I don't water, I only rake, but every once in a while I find I can't rake one plant (this has happened to plants all over the yard, not just in one spot). I've found that if I go out and come back in, that usually fixes it and I can rake.

Hope this helps!

Yes, they do not need watering, I figured out that tip by some helpful WI members. So just go on raking and harvesting as that works for me then keep watering everyday and waste time.

I have the marshmallow seeds and all it says is "good growing", it's been like 2 weeks now and nothing has happened, are these just for decoration?

That has always been a glitch. Not sure if it's just now major for you, but it happens every once and a while for the plants. Not all at the same time though. I really don't agree with the others, no offense, but I think you really do need to water them. I only do mine every three days though, if not more. Hopefully by that time your garden will be all fixed up! Try writing to ganz about it!

I planted 2 yards, on both I watered half and just raked and harvested the other half. After 3-4 weeks there wasn't much difference in the amount of harvest, no water did require a little more raking. I hope this helps.

No more watering for Bob, I haven't watered for months.

I never water and haven't had things die, either. But walking out of the garden and back in will fix this for you.

If it has been going on this long, use the spade and dig it. That will get it growing. I have already harvested a marshmallow from mine.

I have noticed that I have a really tough time gardening with Mozilla Firefox. I have to use Internet Explorer or the watering can always gets stuck.
