Question Re: Gardening

No clue why the cycle has never been the same, other than I have moved plants around (without digging them up though) and maybe that threw them off?

Now that's a brilliant tip. Why didn't I think of that? The garden pieces in the corner always give me a problem - can't water, rake or inspect them on most days. I try to move the troublesome piece to the middle of the room or move the pet to another piece of garden, and that works once in a while. I have lost some to weeds though.

Question on the raking. Today the plants said to water. When I tried to rake them it said the plant does not need cultivating today. But it still needed water. So how does one rake if it won't let you? Do you just never water and only rake every couple of days? I'm afraid not to water as they will die off and watering is the hardest task to do with the glitches my garden has. I haven't taken the plunge to do a whole room as a garden but would like to and just wonder if I will lose more then I gain.

I have this same problem, and it is not because I have missed any days or any crops - I make sure I tend every one. I am wondering about the water thing, too, because I used to water every day, and all the crops were ready at the same time. But since I have stopped watering, the growth cycle is off. Or, it could be that sometimes I garden after 12 AM KT, and then Webkinz has maintenance, so maybe this affects the growth cycle as well. I don't know, but it does annoy me, too.

I noticed this too. Just over the past several days. It used to be if you had everything raked, those plants would grow and harvest the next day. Now plants that were raked when I log out one day have weeds when I come back the next day and they should be harvest ready. Now I can't get the pretty uniform rows I used to have. Blessings, Momzkinza

Kind of like real life gardening. You can plant at the same time but not harvest at the same time. Now can anyone tell me why with my container grown parsley, some of the plants taste nice and others are very bitter and uneatable even grown side by side from the same set of seeds? Sorry, very off topic.

When you are inspecting, if there is a plant that doesn't say anything, it means the plant is frozen. Go out of your room and right back in. They are more likely to stay on the same schedule that way.

Good to know. So I just leave the room; I don't have to log out & in again?

Problems I have had over the last week and a half or so (maybe 2).
1) one or two squares of plant are frozen and you can't even move them. Solution for me so far?
Leave the garden, go to arcade or anywhere else, come back and its usually okay. If not, I log off, and log on again and it is fine.
2) the words under the pop up that tells you how many plants you got with the pic is all in double and messed up, and not properly punctuated (all lower case letters) and this is new.
I don't care about that, but its odd.
3) I see more weeds than usual lately.
4) My crops used to give me more it seemed.. lately they don't produce as much.

Also, I find the harvest process gets stuck now and then on certain plants when it never did that before. Now I even have to move some plants to havest them. Its an extra second here and there, so no biggie but it adds up!
