Do you click on yes or no when that message comes up? I seem to remember people getting that error and if they pressed no things would eventually load. I think I'd fill out the something is stuck form or call Ganz. It could take forever to fix on it's own, but they might get to it fast enough to save the garden.

It's not a yes or no message...just says cant load a required file. Maybe those seeds came with a virus...LOL

I have heard that leaving the room NOT via the map, but rather WALKING through a doorway, can often fix 'stuck items', so you might try that - just walk from your yard to another room, then back and see if that fixes it.

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest calling Ganz. I had to do that once for an item that was stuck for weeks (before I tried the doorway trick) and they did end up fixing it in time (not right away, but at least it got fixed) I hope it resolves quickly!

I can't get IN through a doorway or via the map. The room is not loading and some required file is missing it says....I contacted customer service, maybe I'll try calling today. HATE their form email replies.

I've had the blue box. It was for a brand new item that wasn't ready yet. Eventually I was able to get back into the room. I understand the doughnut plant isn't new.

But the other day I couldn't get in to one of my rooms. Same thing about the file. I was going to E-mail them about it. I tried it one last time and was able to enter. I think eventually you'll get in but it wouldn't hurt to E-mail them so they know that it's a widespread problem.

Thanks jax cat...yeah definitely not a new item, that's kind of why I wondered if anyone else had a donut glitch...I'll give it a little more time before I call.

Hi, the same thing happened to me,call Ganz and they can take the doughnut plant out of your room and put it back in your dock. Then when you go to replant it it will turn into the blue bag again, just dig it back up or remove it and replant it again then it will turn into the doughnut plant and you wont have any further problems.
