After getting the phonw number for Ganz, I called yesterday afternoon and left a message. Today, a person named Taj, returned my call. I told her that I opened my account on Christmas Day and it has been a nightmare ever since. She said that they were having problems with the phones, the tournament arena, and Bingoz and were trying to get it going. That the problems couldn't be solved overnight. I said that it has been 4 months and other than receiving a response email, most WW users had no idea what is going on. I told her that I thought WW should post a bulletin at least once a month to let us all know what they are currently trying to fix, and give an estimated time if possible. I said that posting something would certainly be "Good Customer Service" by keeping everyone informed instead of keeping everyone frustrated. She said she would pass that to her supervisor.
Bottom line - WW is working on all their problems, and at this time doesn't have a time frame of when we can expect WW to work correctly. Just have patience!
