I was having many problems with Webkinz-mostly getting the "Please wait" message every time I tried to do anything. And when it said "please wait", it apparently meant "please wait FOREVER" because the only way I could continue was to log off and then back on. And sometimes I would have to log on and off 4 or 5 times to get back on. I emailed Webkinz 3 times and got an automatic response that had nothing to do with my problem and then they emailed me a phone number. When I called, they said, "It's not YOU, it's US, and we're working on the problem", but couldn't tell me when it would be fixed. After that it got worse so I emailed again and got the same useless automatic response. I thought that since you could only say a limited amount of words in the email that maybe they didn't understand my problem, so I got the Ganz address and sent them a long detailed letter (snailmail) explaining the problems I was having. About 6 weeks later, I got the SAME USELESS EMAIL RESPONSE-apparently they didn't even read my letter!! They sent the phone number again but I didn't call right away. Now (although hard to believe the problems could get WORSE) I pretty much can't get on Webkinz world at all-I get a screen saying "Sorry, we're full-please try again later." I've spent a ton of money on pets, trading cards, and the E-shop and I am NOT a happy camper! I called again this morning but have not heard from them yet. Their customer service is abysmal!
