Whenever I email them with that address they sent me this message:

So I don't know what else to do. Can't get through on the phone, so I guess I will just keep emailing and calling.
I got the same email message when I tried to email email@example.com. It says I have to go through their main page on their website to submit any questions or comments. I'm having major issues with my account ever since the big update yesterday, October 1. We can't get into the w-shop, the curio shop, our rooms, a lot of the buttons are blank, etc.
Anyone know if this is a webkinz problem or something on my computer conflicting with their recent changes??
I called 3 hours ago. No call back. I got the same email "no reply" message. I am guessing they are flooded with calls/emails after yesterday. We don't really have much of a choice but to follow their instructions and try things that way. Good luck everyone!
Thank you SOOO much!!!!! i needed that SOOOO badly because, some of my items are getting stuck in my room it is really weird!!! but thank u!!!!! and guys how do u post pictures like some people put pictures and sayings under there post that they were saying ( this is my 2 post i dont know alot ) Example:
