I recently purchased a webkinz and the code, when I went to enter it, said it had already been entered.
I contacted Ganz, and got an auto response, this is what it said in part:
--"In order for us to properly address your issue, please go to

> Once you find your specific question, please fill out the corresponding

> So I followed the instructions, and got this:

> Webkinz tag or on the back of the tag, below the UPC code on the tag. This

So I followed the instructions, and got this (in part to not put personal info in it):

> 1-866-932-5469, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm Eastern Standard
> Time and provide more information. Please have your account information
> and secret code handy for account verification.
> Your customer service code is -------"So I followed the instructions, I called, I entered the code and followed the directions, and it is nothing but a machine. Noone has addressed my issue. Can anyone offer assistance?
Go to the WW log-in page and click on Customer Service. Then click on the second choice: "Adoption Issues or Questions about Secret Codes". Then click on "Have you been told that your secret code is used?" and fill out the form. In my experience that is the best way to solve all problems, instead of phoning or emailing which are exercises in frustration.
Hopefully you left a message at the extension # they gave you. Sometimes it takes longer than others, but I must say - I have always rec'd a return call. If it doesn't seem like they have answered in a reasonable amount of time, call the number back and leave another message. Good Luck!
Well now I wont get my pet of the month stuff, I am so upset, this is one too many issues with Ganz, I have the pet and the code and the receipt to prove I bought it duing the POTM for this, Still no return call, its unfair!
Have you called back? Call again using the same code you used before and let them know your original call date, they will get it straightened out. They usually call back within a day. And they will also assist you with your pet of the month stuff just let them know your original contact date with them
