Default Unanswered: Ganz needs to pu an alert on accounts

Cause so many people are losing exclusive items and even regular stuff.

They could easily put an alert telling you not to move around your exclusive items for the next few days or week on the opening page until they get their glitches fixed.

I know I would feel better knowing they are trying to look out for us, instead of pretending there is no problem or its not a big deal.

This is totally frustrating because I know how hard my daughter works to get her kinzcash and also the money I have paid buying her Webkinz items.
Plus they make exclusives hard to get. You have to wait and wait and wait....

I'm not sure where I originally posted my dilema about my kid's accounts being 'hacked' (the rooms and docks were completely empty, however, the kinzcash and gems remained). Someone here gave me information on how to contact Webkinz and I sent two emails. The second reply I received concerned me and I have not returned the information requested. Here it is, can you tell me if you think its legitimate or not. I'm posting now because I read the post about Ganz having some glitches and asking for specific information. Thanks

You know what I would do with this email is open a new create mail and type all answers into it and type in the address window yourself support@webkinz.com instead of using that email. That way you will know you have not been tricked if you do it fresh yourself.

PS I think they are having real problems with their program and are being inundated with requests for help.
Good Luck for them getting your stuff back.
