Default Unanswered: Ganz communication Catch 22

I have such a simple request but I'm at a loss as to how to make it. There is an item stuck in my room. Normally we'd send an email to Ganz via the customer support area. It works; I've done that before.

The Catch 22 is that now, the sign on name must be THREE letters and mine is only ONE letter long. Can't sign on to change it; can't sign on to email Ganz; can't call Ganz; can't even email Ganz support outside of the Customer Service site.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Yeah, try calling. That 'Catch 22' thing is pretty stupid. What if someone really needed help? :|

They also have a program that scans for items stuck in rooms. I don't know if they run it each mantinance but they might. I would try back in the morning and see if it is fixed.

You're right Dawn, they scan for stuck vehicles every night or so. I believe that will work only for vehicles.

I called the toll free number on Tuesday and left a message, because I had problems getting my POTM loot bag. I received a call from a Ganz representative yesterday (Wed) and she fixed everything right away! So call, leave a message, and you should get a response within a day or so (hopefully). I am assuming that you are over 18 (or whatever the age limit is) - if not, you'll have to have your parents call.

I want to thank every one for their very kind suggestions. Here is what I found so far:

1: the Ganz phone number is no longer taking messages. If you have a code you can enter it and get through. The recorded message says to send an email.

2: Email support is no longer taking messages. They say to use the form from within WK World. I have done that several times with no response.

I may have to resort to (gasp) snail mail!!!!!!!
