I have sent Ganz several emails since the kinzphones, tournament and stadium have not been working. For the first 3 weeks they kept responding with solutions that didn't even pertain to the issues that I sent them....Probably just selecting automated responses.
Finally, they sent me an itemized list of information they needed to respond to my questions.

-Sequence Number (This is printed on the top left side of the opened Webkinz tag or on the back of the tag, below the UPC code on the tag. This number could be up to 15 digits long) If trading card – not applicable
-Place of Purchase (Store Name, City, State)

Once I send them the information along with my telephone number they will call me during their hours of business. Well....that won't work. During their hours of business I am at work! We would only be playing phone-tag. That's why I emailed them.
Anyway, I had already told them the issues at least 3 times and they were all listed again in the email that they responded to!
I'm not excited about sending anyone, even Ganz, my secret code and sequence number!!! Especially since they warn so strongly about giving out that information to anyone.
Has anyone else been asked to provide that information? I'm a little afraid of giving it out and losing everything.
After so many weeks of only being able to decorate rooms and feed pets I'm finding that my group of friends and family are finding other options besides Webkinz World. It's becoming boring so they are leaving. This has been a great way to "visit" with my granddaughters who live 1500 miles away. They haven't even logged in for the last 2 weeks.
Today the phones still don't work (even when going into the clubhouse first), that makes at least 4 weeks. I have never been able to even view the stadium competitions, much less enter one since it started, and now I can't even get into the Wshop to buy items for my rooms.
They keep adding new things but don't seem to have a handle on maintaining the original sites. I'm sure they are working on the problems, but even my electric company and internet provider will either refund my money or extend my contract time for loss of service. (Or at least admit to the problem...Ganz actually suggested in one email that I was the one with the problem).
I wish that they would at least post a message about the problems on the Webkinz site to update us on the situation.
Thanks for letting me vent! I would really like to know if anyone else has been able to safely send the information that they have asked me to send them.
I sent in the reply email but I did not give them my acct information via email. I told them that I didn't trust an automated repsonse email w/ that information, but that I would be happy to discuss it over the phone. I never heard back.
