Unanswered: FYI ...for all those experiencing problems
I spoke with a Ganz customer service representative on Friday. She informed me that one of their severs crashed due the demand of the Halloween products (that also may have had a glitch or two) and the POTM. She said they are only working at half capacity. I was told that hopefully by the 17th they will have everything running normally. (Many folks at Ganz are on vacation this week due to the Canadian Thanksgiving.) Hopefully, Susanna, was right because I am getting pretty frustrated.
Thanks so much for the info. It's been very frustrating! I can do most everything but search for gems with Arte and the Wheel of Wow. And Bingoz. I hope it's up and running sooner than the 17th though. I guess we'll just have to keep our fingers (and paws and fins and wings!) crossed!

I'm leaving on vacation today and will not be home (or near a computer) until the 17th. I was concerned about all the WW accounts I babysit (my 2 and several others') being neglected. If Ganz will be working on glitches all week, I won't miss much!
I really appreciate you sharing the info with us. I too am getting tired of the reset, especially when you are in the middle of a game/job/class or trading. for our friends to the north, happy canadian thanksgiving!!
Jen, if I may cal you that, you are off to an awesome beginning in WI!! Welcome, welcome, welcome! I already added to your rep points for that wonderful post of yours. I personally can't thank you enough! I can't, for the 2nd day, do most of my daily stuff. And my kc is low from buying Aztec stuff. I was very upset. But understanding that they know there is a problem, & that they have a problem they are dealing with as best they can, & have a tentative "fix" date in mind, is a great worry reliever. I'll just deal with the glitches & be patient. Thank you so much, Jen. I'm so very glad you joined us at WI. If you ever have any questions, feel free to PM me. Welcome, and thank you so much for the information. It is nice to know when Ganz is aware of a problem. Yes, I know that they must be aware, but there is nothing like hearing it from someone who works there.
Glad I could make a few people happy! We didn't get our POTM stuff. So I was playing phone tag with Susanna a bit. I am glad she was so friendly. She was very helpful and she is the one that told me about the server crashing. She did mention that they were working very hard on the probem and apologized profusely for the delays and other glitches.
