It should bring a pulldown screen.
You will see a percentage box.
Make sure it says 100%.

Then go to the webkinz log in screen and click on log in. The pop up screen should appear full size then.

zoom control is at 100% main screen is fine but when i push sign in it is not the correct size. I will just have to use the other browser but i love google chrome

I have been having this problem on multiple computers for a long time. This is what the nice folks from WI told me to do, and it works. Open a browser window and paste this into the address bar. It will then run within the browser instead of a pop-up and should show everything.

Default Re: Full screen not loading

i have seen that type of loading and can speak to two different types of computers. i go on a HP and it does what you are showing. I go on my Acer and WW loads correctly.

so, some things you can look in to are: browser, firefox or IE, or try COMPATIBILITY VIEW. also, when you log into WW see if you can use the boxes in the extreme upper right hand corner of your browser that minimize or middle box to change size. Or grab the very top of page that isnt loaded properly with your cursor and push upward with cursor, may reset page on screen. good luck
